As used in this agreement, "Company", "we", "us" represents www.vitroman.com, "you", "your", "affiliate" refers to the affiliate applicants.

An affiliate will be paid commission plus bonuses (if hit monthly sales target) upon successful sale transaction provided if the affiliate software tracks any visitors (from the affiliates) to the www.vitroman.com website from the time of the link and point of sale. The bonuses are base on new sales on that particular month. No commission will be paid if the affiliate software cannot track the visits; orders are fraudulent, charged back or cancelled and returned for a refund.

As each country have different laws abiding, any taxes and charges by your government will be borne by you. Upon transferring commission to affiliates outside Singapore, bank administrative charges, taxes and fees will be deducted from your commission payment. Local affiliates may receive payments in check or local bank transfer.

The Company will not hold any responsibility of any false claims on product benefits or misrepresentation of product to the customer by any affiliates. We will also not be liable to any damages to your site in results in loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, arising in connection with Vitroman.com website. In any case whereby technical difficulties, force of nature & etc that result in temporary service interruption, the affiliates agrees not to hold the Company liable for any consequences of any such interruption.

Vitroman.com reserves the rights to add to, remove, amend or modify the terms and condition in this agreement without any prior notice. The affiliate is not authorized to commit any offers, make any statements or represents Vitroman.com in any joint venture, partnership, franchises, agency, representative or other employment relation with any other parties.

If the affiliate disagrees with the changes of the agreement, he/she reserves the rights to discontinue this agreement. The changes of agreement will be as acceptance if the affiliate chooses to carry on in participating Vitroman.com affiliate program without any obligations.

Termination of agreements will be effective when either Vitroman.com or the affiliate should bring upon this issue at any time with or without cause by giving the other party any written notice or electronic mails of acknowledgement. Upon termination of the program, you must return all graphics, texts, and links to us (i.e. you will remove all materials that we have provided to you in the course of your participation in the program from your site and all other entities related to or associated with you that contain our graphics, links, and texts).

Vitroman.com makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, with respect to the affiliate program. In additionally, we in no way guarantees financial success through the affiliate program or that any users of the affiliate program, or offering you a guaranteed business opportunity of any sort.

You will be solely responsible for the development, execution, and maintenance of your site and any other aspects related to your site. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining our links on your site including proper display of graphics and texts and proper execution of links. In addition, you indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, damages, and expenses relating to the development, execution, and maintenance of your site.

This is an agreement between the Company and you. By clicking the submit button at the end of the affiliate registration, we will acknowledge that the applicant fully understood the terms and conditions and abide with the terms set forth. In additional, it also indicates your acceptance to this program and will duly follow strictly by the terms hereof.
