  • Invoice/order number
  • Quantity
  • Product name
  • Description & photos of the defect

Please note that the following terms & conditions are applicable for goods return:

  • Contact us (call/email) within 3 days upon the date of the order received.
  • Delivery charges are not refundable.
  • Return items should only be dispatched upon email confirmation from us.
  • Unfortunately, delivery costs for returned goods must be borne by the customer.
  • For the exchange of the same item, it will subject to availability. If the same product is not available, we will gladly exchange your returned item with another with the same value or lower.
  • We will only send out an exchange item upon receipt of the returned purchases.
